If you are a member of the LGBTQIA+ community with 5+ years of professional experience, we need your help! Join us to support young adults aged 18-25 in their academic and career journeys.
We are currently looking for mentors who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community and who live in the United States. Please note that allies are not being accepted as mentor candidates at this time.

How it works
Create your account
Sign Up and verify your email address to get started. We’ll ask you a few questions about your identity, preferences, and goals.
Complete a background check
All mentors must pass a background check to ensure a safe environment.
Complete your mentor onboarding kit
You’ll get access to online resources, training, and support to help you be a great mentor.
Create your profile
Share your experiences, interests, and availability with your potential mentees.
Connect with mentees
Mentees will reach out to request an initial 1:1 video session based on your availability.
